In order to access MyVista, proceed as follows;

1. Access the ZOU website (www.zou.ac.zw)
2. Click on the link MyVista
3. Enter your PIN on ‘PIN Number’ text box
4. New users, enter the word password as the password in lower case letters and it will prompt you to change at first login.

If you have forgotten your password click on the “Lost password?” link under the “Login” button,  you will then be prompted to enter your “PIN” or your “Email address” after entering the correct details click “Search”. An email will be sent to your Inbox with the Password Reset Instructions.
